tips:当天气较热的时候,打发好的动物性鲜奶油非常容易化,请在开足冷气的空调房里打发鲜奶油并装裱蛋糕。打发鲜奶油的时候,可将装鲜奶油的碗坐在加了冰块的水里打发。(若用植脂奶油,一般冷冻保存,打发前放到冷藏室解冻,夏天的时候不需要完全解冻,留少量碎冰在奶油里就可以打发了)

002 意大利奶油的做法步骤:
1.打四个鸡蛋清,用打蛋器充分打匀。
2.放100ML水,依个人口味放入适量的糖煮成糖水,要煮开。
3.趁糖水还热的时候,一边用打蛋器搅打蛋清,一边慢慢地倒入糖水。

这样子意大利奶油就做好了,而且吃着不像外面的奶油那么腻,因为外面的奶油就是奶做出来的~
这个只是用蛋白做出来的,4个蛋白做出来的分量就很多了哦~~~
